摘　　要：目的探讨提高医学实习生外科操作能力的方法。方法医学本科实习生在进入我科后集中进行外科手术基本操作的强化训练,通过操作过关考核及临床带教老师的反馈信息,综合评价本方法效果。结果经过训练的实习生操作能力明显提高,外科操作技术更加熟练规范,参加手术时老师放手机会增多,评价较好。结论实习生进行外科基本技能强化训练,可尽快提高外科操作能力,实习质量显著提高。Objective To explore the methods of improving the practical ability of medical training surgeons. Method To give the senior medical students a concentrated training on the basic surgery operations as soon as they begin practicing,and make a comprehensive comment on the result of this method according to the operation examination and the cooperation teachers＇ comments. Result The trained students＇ operation ability is obviously improved,their skills are quite experienced and formal,the teachers have a better evaluation on their performance and more practical chances are given to the students. Conclusion Once the students are trained intensively on the basic surgery operations,their operation abilities and training practice will be improved obviously and quickly.
