摘　　要：建立直接隶属于中央,摆脱地方控制的侦查机构,是职务犯罪侦查权有效行使的重要环节。我国现有职务犯罪侦查模式存在权力配置分散、侦查措施落后、易受不当干扰、缺乏有效监督等不足,为更有效地预防和打击职务犯罪,应从内外部职权配置和侦查监督等方面完善我国职务犯罪侦查权配置。To establish the detection organization subordinated directly to central justice, and get rid of the local control, is an important link by which the detection power for crime by advantage of duty exercises effectively. The existing detection pattern for crime by advantage of duty in China has many flaws： authority disposition is dispers- ed, the detection measure is old, the detection is easily disturbed, and it lacks insufficiencies, and so on. In order to prevent and attack crime by advantage of duty effectively, we should improve detection power disposition of our country from internal and external aspects.
