机织型食道支架在胃底贲门癌姑息性治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨机织型食道支架治疗晚期胃底贲门癌的方法及疗效。方法25例胃底贲门癌患者,口腔表面麻醉后在透视监视下,将机织型覆膜支架置入胃底贲门癌狭窄处,追踪观察病人临床症状改善情况。结果25例患者置入25只支架,技术成功率达100%。术后患者吞咽困难及生活质量明显改善。未发生严重的支架置入相关并发症。结论机织型食道支架可有效缓解晚期胃底贲门癌患者的梗阻症状,置入方法简单、安全。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and method of woven type esophageal stent in treatment of advanced gastric cardia cancer. Method： After topical anesthesia of oral and under the perspective of surveillance and wire guidance, the woven type esophageal stents were placed into the stenosis of gastric cardia in twenty-five cases of gastric cardia cancer. Improvement of clinical symptoms was observed. Results： Twentyfive stents were placed in 25 cases of gastric cardia cancer, with technical success rate of 100%.The dysphagia was alleviated and the quality of patient life was significanly improved after the procedure. No serious complications were observed. The stent displacement rate was 0. Conclusion： Woven type of esophageal stent placement can effectively alleviate the symptoms of advanced gastric cardia narrow. Placement method is simple and safe.
