高职就业指导课程建设的几点建议

摘　　要：随着社会发展,高职毕业生就业率逐年上升,而与之相关的就业指导课也悄然进入各所院校,成为了专业必修课程。但笔者作为教师在讲课过程中发现,就业指导课程还尚未形成成熟的经验和理论,课程建设中还存在一些较为明显的问题,需要教育工作者认真扎实地开展教学研究、实践活动,将就业指导课的课程建设工作切实开展起来。With the social development, the employment rate of graduates of higher vocational college rises year after year and related employment courses also become a professional curriculum. However, as a teacher, I found in the course of lectures that career guidance curriculum has not yet formed mature experience and theory and there are still some more obvious problems in curriculum construction. Educators should conscientiously carry out teaching, research and practice activities to carry out career guidance curriculum construction effectively.
