摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将80例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,对照组用丹参注射液治疗,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率77.5%,明显优于对照组的57.5%(P<0.05),明显减轻患者神经功能缺损症状。结论马来酸桂哌齐特是一种治疗急性脑梗死的有效药物。Objective To evaluate the effects of Cinepazide maleate injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly. Forty patients in the control group were treated with compound Danshen injection, while forty patients in the treatment group were given Cinepazide maleate. All patients were evaluated with the clinical therapeutic effect and nervous functional deficiency degree before and after the treatment. Results The overall efficacy reached 77.5% in the treatment group and 57.5% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. 05 ）. There was a significant difference in the nerous functional deficiency degree between the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate has satisfied effcacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
