摘  要:环氧化酶(COX)是一种花生四烯酸代谢限速酶,其中一种同工酶环氧化酶2(COX-2)通过多种途径参与食管癌的发生、发展,并和预后密切相关。微血管及微淋巴管的生成在食管癌的生成和发展中起到了至关重要的作用,COX-2可能通过促进微血管及微淋巴管的生成参与了食管癌的发生与发展。本文就COX-2在食管癌中的表达及与食管癌组织中微血管及微淋巴管生成的关系予以综述。Cyclooxygenase (COX)is a rate-limiting enzyme in the metabolism of arachidonate. COX-2, as one of the isoenzymes of COX, responsible for the pathogenesis, development, and prognosis of carcinoma through various mechanisms. COX-2 is involved in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer through promoting the formation of microvascular and micro-lymphatic vessels which are very important for the pathogenesis and development of esophageal carcinoma. This article reviewed the relationship between COX-2 and the formation of microvascular and microlymphatic vascular in esophageal carcinoma.
