摘　　要：肝纤维化是肝硬化的早期阶段,是慢性肝病向肝硬化发展的必经途径,也是各种慢性肝病的共同病理过程,因此阻断肝纤维化的发生和发展对于慢性肝病的治疗和预后十分重要。所以人们对抗肝纤维化药物的研究十分重视,本文对近年来抗肝纤维化药物的研究予以综述。Hepatic fibrosis is the early stage of hepatic cirrhosis, the common pathologic process of chronic hepatic diseases and results in hepatic cirrhosis in the end. So it is very important to block the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis in treatment of chronic hepatic diseases and prognosis, and it is paid much attention to drug of inhibiting fibrosis of liver. This article sununarized the advances in antihepatic fibrosis drug in the past few years.
