摘　　要：研究了奶粉中多环芳烃的气相色谱／质谱（GC／MS）测定方法。样品经甲醇．KOH皂化后用甲苯提取，提取液经微孔滤膜过滤后用气相色谱质谱仪测定其含量，外标法定量。结果16种PAHs的回收率范围为92．0％～106％；RSD为2．2％～4．7％。方法能同时分离16种PAHs，适合于奶粉中多环芳烃的分析测定。A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in milk powder by gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry has been established. The samples were extracted with toluene after KOH/MeOH saponification. Finally, 16 PAHs in the samples were separated and quantified by the proposed method. The recoveries of the method ranged from 92.0% to 106% and the relative standard deviations were 3.0% -4.7%. This method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of PAHs in the milk powder.
