摘  要:研究了奶粉中多环芳烃的气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)测定方法。样品经甲醇.KOH皂化后用甲苯提取,提取液经微孔滤膜过滤后用气相色谱质谱仪测定其含量,外标法定量。结果16种PAHs的回收率范围为92.0%~106%;RSD为2.2%~4.7%。方法能同时分离16种PAHs,适合于奶粉中多环芳烃的分析测定。A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in milk powder by gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry has been established. The samples were extracted with toluene after KOH/MeOH saponification. Finally, 16 PAHs in the samples were separated and quantified by the proposed method. The recoveries of the method ranged from 92.0% to 106% and the relative standard deviations were 3.0% -4.7%. This method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of PAHs in the milk powder.
