高职院资产常规管理与经营性管理的研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着高职教育事业的迅速发展,高职院办学规模也在持续性扩大,资产投入的幅度大大增加,然而在资产管理中存在的问题也日益彰显。要实现资产优化管理,体现经营性管理理念,就必须大胆改革、勇于创新,构建高校国有资产管理新机制,即激励机制、约束机制和协调机制。In recent years,with the development of the cause of higher vocation,the size of the higher vocational college has greatly expanded.The scope of property investment has been enlarged,and the issue of property management is becoming more and more outstanding.To optimize the property management and embody managerial management,we must be innovative to build t a new managerial system： a system of showing motivation,restricting and cooperation.
