川芎嗪对大鼠缺血再灌注性心律失常的预防作用

摘　　要：以SD大鼠制成心肌缺血再灌注模型．研究川芎嗪对心肌缺血再灌注性心律失常的防治作用，结果表明：与对照组相比．川芎嗪组再灌注心律失常发生率明显减少（分别为88．88％和11．11％，P＜0．01）．再灌注性心律失常持续时间明显缩短（分别为55．88±23．98s和2．55±0．45S．P＜0．01）。结果提示川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注性心律失常具有良好的防治作用。Experimental myocardial ischemie reperfusion model of Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were used to study,the protective effects of Tetramethylpyraxine (TMP) on myocardial ischedric reperfusion arrhythdria (MIRA). The rcsults showed the occurrence rate and the duration of MIRA were obviously decreased (from 88. 88% to 11. 11%, 55. 88±23. 93 to 2. 55±0. 45,respectively, P<0. 01 ). The results suggested that the administration of TMP could decrease the occurrence of MlRA. The protective mechadrism of TMP in MIRA dright be related to the calcium channcl blocking effects of TMP.
