摘　　要：放射治疗是鼻咽癌治疗的首选,但放射后引起的放射性鼻窦炎,在鼻咽癌放疗后患者中有较高的发病率,严重影响了患者的生活质量。近年来随着鼻科学的发展对其发病机制、治疗方法及预防有了进一步的认识。Radiation is the preferred therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but it has serious impact on the patient＇s life quality with a high incidence of radioactive nasosinusitis caused by radiation after radiotherapy. In recent years, with the development of ENT, its pathogenesis, treatment and prognosis have been further awareness.
