摘　　要：目的总结2005国际心肺复苏指南在院外急救中的应用体会。方法遵循2005国际心肺复苏指南标准的要求,对21例院外心肺复苏的病人分别经开放气道、呼吸支持、持续胸外按压、电击除颤、复苏药物的应用等治疗抢救。结果21例院外心肺复苏病人,经现场复苏至送达医院急诊科时:出现自主呼吸、自主心率者2例(9.52%),无自主呼吸、出现自主心率者6例(28.57%),无自主呼吸、心率者11例(52.39%),现场复苏无自主呼吸、心率家属放弃送医院者2例(9.52%)。结论按照2005国际心肺复苏指南标准的要求,普及急救常识,建立健全急救救治网络(EMSS)体系的建设,加强院外急救技术现场应用的熟练程度,可以提高院外心肺复苏的成功率。为院内的心肺复苏,特别是促进脑复苏奠定基础,可以明显改善及提高患者的预后。Objective To summarize the applied experience of 2005 CPR Guidelines in first-aid. Methods Follow the standards of 2005 CPR guidelines and open up the airway, pressing the outer chest constantly for breathing support defibrillation,using recovery drug to rescue respectively in 21 cases of patients of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results When the 21 cases of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients were sent to the emergency department of the hospital after the spot recovery：there were spontaneous breathing,spontaneous heart rate appeard in two cases（9.52% ）,six cases（28.57%）of no spontaneous breathing,but own heart rate,eleven cases 52.39% of no spontaneous breathing and heart rate,without spontaneous breathing,heart rate on-site and their families gave up sending to hospital accounted for 2 cases（9.52%）. Conclusion Obeying the requirements of the standards of 2005 CPR guidelines,extending the basic knowledge to first aid and establish emergency medical treatment network（EWSS）system will strengthen the pre-hospital field application of technieal.You can improve the success rate of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation.laying a solid foundation for the hospital＇s cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and brain recovery,and significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
