摘 要:目前,新建铁路客运专线路基压实检测速度较慢,对后续施工影响较大.结合武广客运专线路基压实过程,运用WS-5922数据采集仪和安装在振动压路机振动轮轴上的加速度传感器,实时采集碾压过程中压路机的振动加速度,分析振动压路机振动加速度与路基压实质量力学指标Ev2,K30,Evd之间的关系.研究表明,对B组填料,当振动平均加速度大于3 m/s2时,路基基床底层压实质量符合现行规范的指标要求,据此提出了基于振动压路机振动加速度的动态检测方法.At present, the detection speed of subgrade compaction quality for the newly built special passenger railway line was slow, which had great influence on the subsequent construction of subgrade. In this paper, based on the compaction process of subgrade of special passenger line from Wuhan to Guangzhou, and through using WS-5922 type data acquisition system and the respecting accelerometers fixed on the axes of vibratory roller, the vibration acceleration of the axes of vibratory roller was dynamically recorded in real time during the rolling. The correlativity between the vibration acceleration and the compaction indices such as Ev2, K30, Evd was analyzed. It was concluded that, for B type filling material, the compaction indices for the bottom of subgrade bed were catered for the requirement coded in the existing standard once the average vibration acceleration was higher than 3 m/s^2. Hereby the dynamic detection method based on the vibration acceleration of vibratory roller was proposed for its availability and high efficiency. It is a new fast detection method for the compaction quality of subgrade.
