摘　　要：报告1例C型并发E型色素性分界线。患者女,17岁。胸部沿前正中线自乳头平面至剑突下见色素减退性条纹,两侧胸部见对称性分布的色素减退性斑片。无阳性家族史。系统检查无异常。未经治疗,2个月后皮损无变化。A case of pigmentary demarcation lines with C type and E type is reported. A 17-year-old girl presented with pigmentary demarcation lines for several years. She had no history of taking contraceptives or estrogen. No other family members were affected. Physical examination revealed hypopigmented stripes in the middle of the chest, along the level of nipple to the xiphoid level. One of the striae was 10 cm in length and 0.5 cm in width. There were symmetrical hypopig- mented macules on both side of her chest. Systemic examination showed normal. The lesions were unchanged during two- month observation without any treatment.
