摘 要:目的:了解太行山猕猴掌(跖)骨体质量性差和排序。方法:测量25例掌骨和27例跖骨体质量。运用SPSS13.0统计软件对掌(跖)骨体质量性差和排序进行方差分析。结果:掌(跖)骨体质量性别差异有统计学意义,两侧之间则没有统计学意义。使用不同的方法各掌(跖)骨体质量的排序不同。掌骨体质量均值顺序是3〉2〉4〉5〉1。在侧别和性别之间无差异;跖骨体质量均值排序在性别之间有差异,雄性是3〉4〉2〉5〉1,雌性是3〉4〉2〉1〉5。结论:太行山猕猴掌(跖)骨体质量存在性差,各掌(跖)骨体质量的排序也有一定性差,此性差产生的原因与基因调控、出生前性激素水平及出生后异速生长速度等有关。Objective: To find out the sex difference and ordering in the weight of metacarpals and metatarsals in Macaca mulatta from the Taihang Mountains. Methods: Weight of 25 metacarpals and 27 metatarsals were measured. The ANOVA was employed by means of SPSS13.0 to study their dimorphism and ordering. Results: There was sex difference among the weight of metapodials in Macaca mulatta (P〈 0.05 ). But the weight of both metacarpal and metatarsal was similar on the two sides of the body (P〈 0.05 ). For the metacarpals, the ordering of the weight mean was 3 〉 2 〉 4 〉 5 〉 1. For the metatarsals, the ordering was 3 〉 4 〉 2 〉 5 〉 1 for male and 3 〉 4 〉 2 〉 1 〉 5 for female. Conclusion: The sex difference exists in the weight of metapodials in Macaca mulatta and also exists in the ordering for metatarsals. The reasons why sex difference exists might be related with the gene adjustment, the antenatal hormone and postnatal growing in different allomery.
