创新校企合作“双导师制”构建高职测绘类专业教学新体系

摘　　要：目前我国高职测量类专业人才培养中存在的关键问题之一是实践动手能力不强,不能更好地满足用人单位的实际需要。究其原因,在于缺少一套科学有效的学生培养机制。本文通过探讨基于建立工学结合教学下的高职院校校企合作"双导师制"培养体系,加强高校与企业的联系,实现校企之间的"无缝对接",为高职测绘类专业学生培养改革提供新的思路。At present our country quality survey class professional raises one which of key questions exists is practices the beginning ability not to be strong, cannot satisfy Employer＇s actual need well. Investigates its reason, lies in lacks a set of science effective student to raise the mechanism. This article through the discussion based on the establishment technology union teaching＇s under quality colleges and universities school business cooperation ＂the double tutorial system＂ the raise system, strengthens the university and enterprise＇s relation, realizes between the school business ＂seamless docking＂ to raise the reform for the quality survey class college major to provide the new mentality.
