水温对虹鳟血清中血糖含量的影响

摘　　要：本研究设置8个处理，水温分别控制为12．0℃、13．5℃、15．0℃、16．5℃、18．0℃、19．5℃、21．0℃和22．5℃，每个处理有3个重复实验，恒温饲养虹鳟一周后使用DS-2000全自动生化分析仪检测虹鳟血清中血糖含量，探讨水温对虹鳟血清中血糖含量的影响。结果表明：虹鳟血清中血糖含量在水温12．0～18．0℃阶段保持相对稳定；水温18．0～19．5℃阶段，血糖含量随水温上升而显著升高，升高变化率为63．72％；水温19．5～22．5℃阶段，血糖含量随水温上升而急著下降。虹鳟血清中血糖含量在不同温度下的动态变化对虹鳟南移温水驯化养殖具有参考价值。In this research, we set up eight temperature treatment with three repeats, which are 12.0℃, 13.5℃, 15.0℃, 16.5℃, 18.0℃, 19.5℃, 21.0℃ and 22.5℃, to determine the blood sugar level in blood serum of rainbow trout by using automatic biochemical analyzer （Model DS-2000） after one week treatment. The result showed that the blood sugar level in blood serum of rainbow trout keeps relatively stable under the temperature from 12.0℃ to 18.0℃, and increases rapidly from 18.0℃ to 19.5℃ varying by 63.72%, and reduces sharply from 19.5℃ to 22.5℃. It is obvious that these dynamic changes of the blood sug.ar level in blood serum of rainbow trout might be as reference to nurse the rainbow trout in the warm water of the south.
