摘 要:针对现有座高调中装置存在的不足,以某重型货车的驾驶员座椅悬架为研制对象,对机械式座高自动调中悬架进行了结构设计、样机试制和实验验证.为比较手动调中悬架与自动调中悬架的性能差异,基于Matlab/SimMechanics机构仿真工具,在扫频和定频激励下采用时域和频域分析法,对2种悬架进行了数学建模和仿真分析,初步得出了自动调中悬架的主要特性.In view of the respective defects of existing centering device for seat height, taking the driver seat suspension of a certain heavy truck as the development subject, the mechanical self-centering device for seat height was structural-designed, trial-produced and experimental-validated. To compare the per formance of self-centering suspension with that of manual-centering suspension, based on the simulating tool of Matlab/SimMechanics, the time and frequency domain analytical methods were adopted to modeling, simulation and evaluation for both suspensions under the conditions of swept and sine wave inputs. The main characteristics of self-leveling suspension were deduced preliminarily.
