野生蒲公英粗提物对几种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性

摘　　要：分别以乙醇、丙酮、水作为溶剂对野生蒲公英样本进行提取,得到的粗提液经过细菌过滤器过滤和0.103 MPa、121℃灭菌6min两种方法处理后,处理液对月季白粉病、板栗疫病、梨锈病、莴苣霜霉病、黄瓜霜霉病病原菌进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明,丙酮作为溶剂提取效果最好,经过滤后对5种病原菌的抑制率均在75%以上,且对月季白粉病菌的抑菌效果最好,为94.1%。Dandelion samples were extracted with three different solvents （ethanol, acetone and water）. After the crude extracts had filtrated through bacterial filters and sterilized for 6min under 0.103 MPa at 121℃, respectively, the antifungal activities of crude extract on hyphal growth of Oidium sp.,Cryphonectria paraisitica,Gymnosporangium haraeanum,Bremia lactucae, Pseudoperonospora cubensis were studied. The results showed that the filtrated acetone extract had the best antifungal activity for its more than 75% inhibition rates against 5 fungi, especially 94.1% against Oidium sp..
