摘　　要：供应链是由多个企业组成的复杂供需网络。指出了供应链复杂性的表现形式,并从定性和定量两个角度对供应链复杂性的研究现状做了介绍和总结,同时提出了一些需要进一步研究的问题。Supply chain is a complex supply-requirement network constructed by many enterprises. The paper point out the manifestation of supply chain complexity, provide a detailed survey of the literature of studying supply chain from the viewpoint of complexity theory by quantitative and qualitative methods, meanwhile put forward some problems needed to be studied further.
