摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT、MRI特征及鉴别诊断。方法收集10例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT、MRI及临床、病理资料。结果CT扫描显示肾上腺区低密度肿块3例,混杂密度肿块6例,实性肿块1例,3例钙化,1例出血,5例增强扫描无明显强化,4例MRI检查示肾上腺区肿块T1WI、T2WI均呈高信号,2例增强扫描无明显强化。结论肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT、MRI表现较具特征性,一般可在术前作出诊断。Objective To study the CT and MRI features and differential diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma（AML）. Methods Ten cases of adrenal myelolipoma were examined by CT and MRI. Results In CT scan of 10 cases, 6 cases with conpounding density mass, 3 cases with low density mass, 1 cases with parenchyma mass,3 cases with calcification, 1 case with bleeding in the area of adrenal. There was no obvious increase in the density on contrast scan in 5 cases, 4 cases examined by MRI showed high signal in T1WI, T2WI in the area of right adrenal. Conclusion The CT and MRI manifestations of adrenal myelolipoma were characteristic features and the diagnosis can be reached before operation.
