负度数人工晶体植入的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析超高度近视合并白内障患者超声乳化后负度数人工晶状体植入的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析34例(43眼)行白内障超声乳化联合负度数人工晶体植入术的患者。记录术前眼轴长度、术前视力,观察术中、术后并发症及术后视力,随访6个月。结果术后屈光度数与预留屈光值接近,平均绝对屈光误差≤±1D;裸眼视力≥0.3者占72.09%,有46.51%术眼裸眼视力≥0.5。随访中无视网膜脱离等致盲性并发症。结论通过术前精确测量眼轴长度和角膜屈率,超声乳化+负度数人工晶体植入治疗超高度近视合并白内障安全性高,预测性较好,能使患者获得良好的视力。Objective To analysize the clinical effects of phacoemulsification and the negative power of intraocluar lens implantation in patients with extreme myopia and cataract. Methods 34 patients （ 43 eyes） received phacoemulsification and a negative power intraocluar lens implantation. Preoperative optic axis and visual acuity, postoperative visual acuity and refractive en＇or were recorded. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. The follow-up time is about 6 months. Results The pro-operated refraction deviate the expectant refraction about -1.0D to ＋1.0D. During the follow-up , the best visual acuity was as follows：of 97.67% eyes have improved, best visual acuity achieved 0.3 or better in 31 eyes （72.09%） and 0.5 or better in 20 eyes （46.51%）. No retinal detachment was found during the follow-up. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and negative power intraocular lens implantation is an safe and effective operation for extreme myopia with cataract ,which could improve obviously the visual acuity.
