摘 要:为掌握白肋烟烟碱含量的遗传控制机理以高烟碱含量和低烟碱含量的白肋烟品种Burley37和LABurley21配制F1代并经花药培养获得的DH群体,采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析法首次对中部叶烟碱含量进行遗传分析。结果表明,无论是斩株前还是晾制后,中部叶烟碱含量主要受2对主基因控制,同时,存在多基因的修饰作用。斩株前和晾制后2对主基因之间的互作方式不同,前者为累加作用(E-1-6),后者为互补作用(E-1-7)。主基因遗传率分别为54.88%和45.63%,多基因遗传率分别为15.85%和18.45%,多基因有效因子数分别为0.17个和4.85个,由此可见环境等非遗传因素对烟碱含量存在一定程度的影响作用,晾制过程中多基因的表达比斩株前更为丰富。另外,也估算了DH群体的其他遗传参数。同时对本研究结果在烟草育种中的意义及下步工作进行了讨论。A doubled haploid (DH) population derived from F1 plants from cross between Burley37 (P1) and LABurley21 (P2) through in vitro anther culture was used to study genetic control of nicotine content in burley tobacco and inheritance of nicotine content in middle leaf. Results showed that nicotine content was mainly controlled by 2 pairs of major genes either before stalk cutting or after curing and can be modified by polygenes. Two different interactions, i.e. accumulation effect and complementary effect, between 2 major genes before stalk cutting and after curing were identified. Heritability values of the major genes were 54.88% and 45.63%, and those of polygenes were 15.85% and 18.45%, and the number of effective polygenes was 0.17 and 4.85, respectively. Non-genetic factors like environment affected nicotine content in burley tobacco to a certain extent. Polygenes may exhibit a higher expression after curing than before stalk cutting. Additionally, other genetic parameters from DH population were estimated. Future prospect of applying these findings in tobacco breeding and was also discussed.
