摘　　要：目的:了解随访干预对出院后精神分裂症患者依从性的影响。方法:将130例出院后的精神分裂症患者按出院顺序随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组在出院时给予常规的出院指导,研究组除常规的出院指导外实施随访干预。采用问卷调查法,比较两组相关知识水平,服药的依从性。采用x^2检验和t检验对结果进行分析。结果:出时两组患者治疗依从性比较差异无统计学意义;随访干预后,研究组治疗依从性及精神疾病相关知识评分明显高于对照组。结论:随访干预可以提高患者的健康知识水平和治疗的依从性。Objective：The understanding revisit intervenes the schizophrenia patient complies after the out of hospital the influ- ence. After the method divides into stochastically 130 example out of hospital schizophrenia patient according to the out of hospital order the experimental group and the control group. Control group when out of hospital gives conventional the out of hospital instruction, the experimental group implements the revisit intervention besides the conventional out of hospital instruction. Uses the questionnaire survey procedure, compared with 2 group of related states - of - art, the compliance which takes medicine. Uses x 2 examination and the T - test carries on the analysis to the result. The result leaves when two group of patients treat the compliance comparison difference non - statistics significance ; After the revisit intervention, the experimental group treats the compliance and mental disease correlation knowl- edge grading is higher than the control group obviously. The conclusion revisit intervention may raise patient＇s healthy state - of - art and the treatment compliance. Methods： Results ： Conclusions
