十复生胶囊用于治疗32例稽延性戒断症状的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:评价十复生胶囊控制急性脱毒后海洛因依赖患者稽延性戒断症状的效果。方法:64例海洛因依赖患者急性脱毒10天后随机分成两组(十复生胶囊和盐酸可乐定片各32例),分别给予十复生胶囊与盐酸可乐定片2周,采用海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表评定疗效,药物不良反应量表评定不良反应。结果:两组之间疗效存在明显差异。结论:十复生胶囊在治疗海洛因依赖患者临床脱毒后的稽延性戒断症状明显优于盐酸可乐定片。Objective：To evaluate the control of acute Shifusheng capsules of heroin - dependent patients after detoxifieation protracted effects of withdrawal symptoms. Methods：64 cases of acute detoxification of heroin- dependent patients were randomly divided into two groups after 10 days （shiFusheng clonidine hydrochloride capsules and tablets of the 32 cases）, respectively Shifusheng clonidine hydrochloride capsules and tablets two weeks, the use of heroin withdrawal protracted symptom rating scale assessment of efficacy, adverse drug reactions Adverse Reactions Scale. Results： there is an obvious difference between the effect. Conclusions： Capsule Shifusheng in the treatment of heroin - dependent patients after detoxification protracted withdrawal symptoms is superior to eloni- dine hydrochloride tablets.
