摘 要:为研究反硝化聚磷菌的生物学特性,通过吸磷试验、硝酸盐还原产气试验及异染颗粒和PHB颗粒染色辅助检验,从苏州某食品厂排放的废水中分离筛选出3株反硝化聚磷菌B4、B5和B6。经鉴定,分别属于沙雷菌菌属(Serratia)、拉恩菌菌属(Rahnella aquatilis)和不动杆菌菌属(Acinetobacter)。测定了这3株菌的生长曲线,研究了温度和pH值对这3株菌株的生长及脱氮除磷效能的影响。结果表明,B4、B5和B6菌株的生长和脱氮除磷反应最适温度均在30℃左右;在室温条件下,B4、B5和B6生长的最适pH为6.5~8.5;3株菌反硝化脱氮除磷反应的最佳pH值均为中性偏碱。To study the biological characteristics of denitrifying phosphate-accumulating organisms (DNPAOs), three effective DNPAOs B4, B5 and B6 are screened from the wastewater of a food factory by a phosphate uptake experiment, in which nitrates are denitrified to gas through the insection of metachromatic and Polyphydroxybutyrate (PHB) granules. The DNPAOs are identified to be Serratia,Rahnella aquatilis and Acinetobacter respectively. Two important factors, temperature and pH value,are studied to evaluate their effect on the growth and phosphorus removal ratios of B4, B5 and B6. The results show that the optimal temperature for the three DNPAO's growth and denitrifying phosphorus removal is about 30 ℃. Under ideal temperature conditions,the best pH value for B4, B5 and B6 growth and phosphorus removal ranges from 6.5-8.5. Phosphorus removal for all three strains are optimal in a mildly alkali condition. Growth curves for these strains are also determined.
