bFGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibrob last growth factor,bFGF)在子宫内膜癌变组织中的表达情况,以及与子宫内膜癌的生长、浸润和转移的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学SP法,检测bFGF在正常子宫内膜(15例)、非典型增生子宫内膜(10例)及子宫内膜癌(50例)组织中的表达。结果(1)bFGF在正常子宫内膜、非典型增生子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达呈增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)bFGF强阳性表达与肿瘤病理分级、手术-病理分期、淋巴结有无转移均有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论bFGF是子宫内膜癌组织重要的血管生成因子,其表达与肿瘤的生长、浸润及转移密切相关,可作为反映子宫内膜癌生物学行为的指标之一。Objective To evaluate the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） in endometrial carcinoma , to clarify the relationship between the expression and invasion, metastasis, prognostic value in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expression of bFGF was detected by standard S - P immunohistochemical lechnique in 50 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results （ 1 ） The expression of b - FGF showed a tendency to increase from normal endometrium to atypical endometrial hyperplasia and to endometrial carcinoma, significantly higher in endometrial carcinoma than in normal endometrium （P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） Moderately or strongly positive expression of bFGF in tumor cells closely correlated with different tumor pathological grades, clinical stages and lymphonode metastasis （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion bFGF is highly related to growth, invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma , it may be one of the predictors for the biological behavior of enndometrial carcinoma .
