盐酸法舒地尔联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸法舒地尔联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)的临床疗效和安全性。方法对60例确诊为急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组。治疗组用盐酸法舒地尔30mg,3次/日静滴,加用丹红注射液30ml,1次/日静滴;对照组单用丹红注射液30ml,1次/日静滴;两组疗程均为2周。根据神经功能缺损程度评分标准和不良反应观察患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组。两组经统计学分析具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论盐酸法舒地尔联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效明显,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hydrochloric fasudil combined with Dan Hong Injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction and the safety. Methods 60 cases confirmed to have accurate cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group ; for patients in treatment group,intravenous drips of hydrochloric fasudil were given ,30mg once ,3 times a day, besides, intravenous drips of Dan Hong Injection were added,30ml once, once a day; for patients in control group,only intravenous drips of Dan Hong Injection were given,30ml once,once a day; the course in beth groups lasted for 2 weeks; based on Clinical Nerve Functional Impairment Level Score Standard and the occurrence of side - effects,an observation was made on the clinical curative effect. Result The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3% while that in control group was 83. 3% ,the clinical curative effect in treatment group was much superior to that in control group; the statistical analysis of the 2 groups was of significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; no side - effect occurred in treatment group. Conclusions Hydrochloric fasudil combined with Dan Hong Injection is effective and safe in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.
