永州市经济发展水平对学校体育发展的影响

摘　　要：永州市学校体育在经济发展的支持下得到一定的发展。但永州市经济发展与学校体育发展的不同步性,学校体育经费投入相对偏小,在学校工作的地位偏低,出现学校体育工作不能全面开展、学校体育场地器材小且得不到及时的维修、补充或更换、体育教师的福利待遇不能与其他教师一样同工同酬、体育教师的教学积极性不高、学生参与体育活动的面偏小、教师、学生的体育消费只在初步形成阶段等问题。从经济发展、体育健康意识、学校体育管理、政府职能等方面入手,推动学校体育的发展。The school physical education in Yongzhou City has developped a lot at the support of economic development. But there are still some problems, for example, the economic development is not synchronized with the development of the school physical education ; The investment in the school physical education is relatively small; and the school physical education lies at a low status.etc.. All these lead to the fact that the school physical education can not be fully operated, and the sports grounds are small and the equipment is also lack and unable to obtain timely maintenance, supplementary or replacement. Furthermore, comparing with other teachers, the PE teachers can not get as equal pay for equal work as other teachers do, which makes them inactive. At the same time, low participation of the students makes the sports consumption only be in its initial formative stage. The author of this paper will start research from these aspects such as economic development, sports health awareness, school sports management and government functions and then try to promote the development of the school physical education.
