摘  要:目的:以Al.Chaer内脏高敏感理论为基础,探讨一种建立大鼠肠易激综合征模型的新方法。方法:SD成年雄性4周龄大鼠50只,每天给予直肠内球囊扩张刺激,3周后对其进行直肠扩张,评估其腹部收缩反射(AWR)阈值,并测定大鼠腹壁肌电活动,验证其敏感性。结果:与成年期无刺激对照组(C组)和成年期直肠内球囊非扩张性刺激组(B组)相比,直肠扩张时,成年期直肠内球囊扩张刺激组大鼠(A组)拱起背部和抬起腹部时的容量阈P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.05;与C组相比,分别为P<0.01、P<0.05和P<0.05)。结论:成年SD大鼠的直肠内球囊扩张刺激可以引起内脏敏感性增高,其所引起的应激可导致肠动力紊乱,引起肠易激综合征。Objective : To establish and evaluate a rat model of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) based on the theory of visceral hypersensitivity. Methods: A total of fifity 4 weeks old male Sprague-Dawley rats received inner-rectal pouch-dilated irritation for 3 weeks .They were then tested for their threshold of abdominal withdrawal reflex(AWR) and abdominal electrical activities to verify their rectal sensitivities. Results: Compared with an adult non-irritation group (Group C)and an adult inner-rectal pouch-undilated irritation group(Group B), the adult inner-rectal pouch-dilated irritation rats ( Group A ) showed an obvious decrease in the volume threshold of tergal arching and abdominal lifting during rectal dilation(P〈0.01). The abdominal electrical activities of the dilated rectum under 20mmHg,40mmHg and 60mmHg increased obviously in Group A(P〈0.05,P〈0.05,P〈0.05,eompared with Group B; P〈0.01,P〈0.05 and P〈0.05 compared with Group C).Conelusions: The inner-rectal pouch-dilated irritation of adult Sprague-Dawley rats can cause an increase of visceral hypersensitivities, which can lead to intestinal motility disorder.All the change in rectal pathological identification conform to the basic feature of IBS.
