碘伏消毒液与氯化钠注射液洗眼效果的比较

摘　　要：目的观察眼结膜囊术前使用碘消毒液与0.9%氯化钠注射液洗眼效果。方法将160例眼部手术患者随机分为A、B两组,两组均在应用环丙沙星滴眼液点眼前及点眼24 h后对结膜囊采样进行细菌培养。手术前A组使用碘伏消毒液冲洗结膜囊;B组使用氯化钠注射液冲洗结膜囊;再分别取样进行结膜囊细菌培养。比较二者洗眼的效果。结果环丙沙星滴眼液点眼前细菌培养阳性率为58.8%(94/160),点眼24 h后细菌培养阳性率为27.5%(44/160),二者比较有统计学意义(χ2=31.85,P<0.01)。A组细菌培养阳性率为5%(4/80),B组阳性率为20%(16/80),二者比较有统计学意义(χ2=8.23,P<0.01)。结论碘伏消毒液用于术前结膜囊的冲洗具有较好的杀菌效果。Objective To observe the effects of using iodophor disinfectant and 0.9% sodium chloride injection to wash eyes before treating eye conjunctive sacs. Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into Group A and Group B, and both grops received ciprofloxacin eye drops and underwent bacterial culture 24 hours later. Iodophor disinfectant was used to wash eye conjunctival sacs in Group A, while sodium chloride injection was used to wash eye conjunctival sacs in Group B. bacterial culture was conducted to compare the effects of the two methods. Results The positive rates of the bacterial culture were 58.8% （94/160） before ciprofloxacin eye drops was used and 27.5 % （44/160）after ciprofloxacin eye drops was used respectively（χ^2 = 31.85, P 〈 0.01）. The positive rates of bacterial culture in Group A and Group B were 5 % （4/80）and 20 % （16/80）respectively（χ^2 = 8.23, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Iodophor disinfectant can produce good disinfection before treating eye conjunctive sacs.
