摘  要:企业可重构竞争力是企业竞争力理论的延伸和发展,它以速度经济观为根本,较好地把理论与实际相结合,为现代企业竞争提供了一套切实可行的理论方法。从组织论的观点来看,可重构竞争能力是由竞争能力元素组成的动态和谐组合体,具有动态的系统组织结构,这与传统竞争能力概念大不相同。为此,对企业可重构竞争力系统的组织特征进行分析,并总结各竞争单元的基本能力属性,构建企业可重构竞争力系统的组织特征模型具有相当重要的意义,这样可以确定各竞争单元竞争能力的强弱程度及其对企业可重构竞争力的影响程度,为企业可重构竞争能力的应用提供理论基础。Reconfigurable competence of enterprises,which is based on speed economy and correlates the practice and theory perfectly, is the extension and development of the theory of enterprise competence. It supports a practicable way for the competitions of modern enterprises. From a point of organization,the reconfigurable competence of enterprises is a dynamic and harmonious combination system made by the competitive elements. It has the dynamic organizational structure which is different from the traditional concept of competence. Therefore, it is very meaningful to analysis the organizational feature of reconfigurable competence of enterprises and sum up the comprehensive capacity of the rival units,then build the model of reconfigurable competence of enterprise of organizational feature, which aimed at determine the competitive degree of the unit's strength and its impact on the reconfigurable competence of enterprises. It provides basis for the practice of reconfigurable competence-of enterprises.
