摘　　要：灯光环境对餐饮空间的环境品质起着关键性的决定作用。本文主要从三个方面展开对餐饮空间光环境的研究:首先,简要探讨餐饮空间照明的主要方式与手法;其次,从亮度和照度的角度入手阐述餐饮空间对灯光的具体要求;最后,分析光源的光色和显色性对餐饮空间的影响,从而总结出适合餐饮空间要求的灯光环境的具体特性。For the environment quality of restaurant space, luminous environment plays a crucial role. This paper studies on luminous environment of restaurant space mainly from three aspects： Firstly, to summarize briefly the main method of restaurant space lighting; Secondly, to introduce the specific requirements of the lighting for restaurant space from the angle of brightness and illumination; Finally, to analyze the impact that light color and color rendering of light source have on restaurant space so as to find the specific characteristics of light environment that can meet the requirements of restaurant space.
