摘 要:目的分析近视眼的中央角膜厚度与眼轴长度及眼屈光度的关系。方法近视患者566例(1126眼),A超测录中央角膜厚度及眼轴长度,散瞳检影验光记录其屈光度。把中央角膜厚度与眼轴长度及眼屈光度进行相关分析;按屈光度分四组,A组(-0.75^-3.00D)224眼,B组(-3.25^-6.00D)542眼,C组(-6.25^-9.00D)294眼,D组(>-9.25D)66眼,把不同屈光度组中中央角膜厚度及眼轴长度的分布进行比较。结果近视眼的中央角膜厚度与眼屈光度没有明显相关性;近视眼的中央角膜厚度与眼轴长度没有明显相关性。结论中央角膜厚度在近视发展过程中表现稳定,没有扩张变薄现象,中央角膜厚度变化并非近视发生发展的相关因素。Aim To analyse the relationship of central corneal thickness and axial length and refractive diopter in myopia.Methods The data of 566 cases myopia of(1126 eyes)were collected.Their central corneal thickness and axial length were measured,by A-scan,refractive diopter by cycloplegic dioptoscopy.All the eyes were divided into four groups according to refractive diopter:A group(-0.75~-3.00D) 224 eyes,B group(-3.25~-6.00D) 542 eyes,C group(-6.25~-9.00D) 294 eyes,and D group(〉;-9.25D) 66 eyes. We analysed the relationship of central corneal thickness and axial length and refractive diopter in different groups. Results No significant correlation was found between CCT and refractive diopter in myopia. No significant correlation was found between CCT and axial length in myopia. Conclusion The central corneal thickness is not the basic factor causing change of refractive diopter in myopia.
