摘 要:单张纸胶印机给纸机的速度及自动化程度对印刷机的速度和生产效率有直接影响。通过对国内外高速给纸机进行分析,得出以下结论:①递纸吸嘴往复运动采用共轭凸轮控制,保证了高速时的准确交接;②无气嘴压脚得到普遍应用,原压脚的吹风功能由固定吹嘴来代替;③给纸机的动力性能研究有了较大进展,力平衡凸轮的使用显著提高了给纸机工作的稳定性;④纸张预置功能在飞达部位得到了普遍应用,显著缩短了准备时间;⑤无轴技术的应用使飞达的调节与操作更加方便。要缩短国产给纸机与国外高档给纸机的差距,关键是要进一步优化飞达内部结构,改善其动力特性。The speed and automation of a Feeder of Sheet-fed Offset Presses directly affect the speed and efficiency of a printing press. According to analysis on high speed paper-feeding machines home and abroad, it follows that firstly, conjugate cams control reciprocating motion of the paper delivery nozzles ; secondly, pressure-free gas nozzle pin has been widely used, the original function of pressure foot hair blown instead of the fixed mouth; thirdly, technique of data preset in the central control console contract the working time greatly; fourthly, preset paper function of feeder has been in widespread applications, significantly shorten the preparation time; fifthly, shaftless technology' s application makes more convenient adjustment and the operation of feeder. To contract the gap between feeding machines home and abroad, the key is further to optimize the structure and improve the dynamical characteristics.
