摘  要:将塔里木河流域分为5个二级流域,对各二级流域城镇经济社会系统和流域资源环境系统进行评价分析.结果表明:塔里木河流域城镇发展差异较大,其中,开都河-孔雀河流域城镇总体发展水平最高,阿克苏-渭干河流域次之,和田河流域城镇总体发展水平最低;东昆仑-阿尔金山北麓流域资源环境系统受人类活动干扰弱,叶尔羌-喀什噶尔河流域生态环境系统较为稳定,开都河-孔雀河流域的资源环境系统脆弱,面临着严峻的资源环境压力.在此基础上分析了经济社会系统与资源环境系统的协调关系,其中叶尔羌-喀什噶尔河流域协调性最高,东昆仑-阿尔金山北麓流域次之,开都河-孔雀河流域协调性最低.将塔里木河流域42个城镇归为城市化超前型、同步协调型、逐步磨合型、城市化滞后型、低级磨合型等5种类型,其中大多数城镇仍处于城市化滞后型和低级磨合型.因此,需要认清经济社会发展与资源环境发展的协调关系,采取适当的发展模式,实现区域经济社会和资源环境的协调发展.Tarim River basin in Xinjiang faces serious problems in resources and environment system,the development level of economy and social systems in this area is lower than other places of Xinjiang.According to natural geography location and the interaction relations between cities,this article divides the 42 cities into 5 drainage basins: Yarkant-Kashgar River Basin,Hotan River Basin,Aksu-Weigan River Basin,Kaidu-Konque River Basin and north of Eastern Kunlun-Altun Mountains drainage basin.Through the evaluating index,this paper analysis and estimates the economy-social system and the resource-environment system,the results shows development levels of cities in each drainage area are in significant different.Mean development level of economy-social system for cities is the highest in Kaidu-Konque River Basin,the second level in Aksu-Weigan River Basin,and the lowest one in Hotan River Basin.Because of the interference from human activities is lesser than other area of the Tarim River basin,eco-environment in north of Eastern Kunlun-Altun Mountains drainage basin is steady-going,but the worse eco-environment for Yarkant-Kashgar under the immoderacy exploitation of resource,and for Kaidu-Konque River Basin faces serious pressure from resource-environment system.Based on these results,we analyses the compatibility between economy-social system and resource-environment systems.Conclusions are as follows: for Yarkant-Kashgar River Basin,tertiary industry is dominate industry,and most of other cities take agriculture or primary products industry as its magisterial industry which pressing less pressure on eco-environment,leading its coordination degree is higher than any others.The coordination degree of North of Eastern Kunlun-Altun Mountains drainage basin takes the second level,and the lowest one for Kaidu-Konque River basin.According to results of the analysis above,based on the relations between economy-social system and resource-environment system,cities in Tarim River Basin are divided into five types: urbaniza
