甘松合并丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗癫痫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甘松合并丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗癫痫的临床疗效和安全性。方法将40例癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,对照组口服丙戊酸钠缓释片,治疗组在口服丙戊酸钠缓释片的基础上加用甘松煎剂。两组疗程均为6个月,观察临床疗效,同时监测脑电图和肝功能的变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组癫痫发作频次明显减少(P<0.05),组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后脑电图异常者较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论甘松合并丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗癫痫疗效确切,安全性较高。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Nardostachyos and extentab of Sodium Valproate in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods Forty subjects were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 20 cases were treated with extentab of Sodium Valproate and treatment group in which 20 cases were treated with Nardostachyos decoction and extentab of Sodium Valproate, with a course of six months. The clinical efficacy, electroencephalogram and liver functions were observed. Results In treatment group, the frequency of epileptic attack was reduced after treatment （ P 〈0.05 ）, with a great difference as compared with control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 85% in treatment group and 40.0% in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the abnormal EEG was lower in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined administration of Nardostachyos and extentab of Sodium Valproate has good efficacy on epilepsy.
