中药四性与机体反应关系的研究进展

摘　　要：检索维普中文科技期刊资料库1982年至2007年关于中药药性研究的相关文献,对中药四性与机体反应的文献进行分析研究。结果显示,中药四性可能与机体的产热过程或生命活动力相关,同时更可能与机体的神经内分泌活动有关,是一种多指标的分类。但目前尚未形成有关四性本质的共识,也没有证据表明能用机体的某种生理生化指标来区别不同的中药四性;许多研究普遍存在过分简单化和主观性割裂了多种药性间的联系。既往中药药性实验研究提示,必须将中药的四性、五味与归经等药性和药性的作用对象作为整体性来研究。This paper reviews related litterature in VIP Chinese science and technology periodicals databases from 1982 to 2007. The resuhs of document analysis showed that four properties of traditional Chinese medicine might be related to the body＇ s heat production or life-related activity, and/or more likely to the body ＇ s neuroendocrine activity, which was a multi-indicator link. However, the consensus about the nature of four properties has not yet been formed, and there is no evidence to show that it is able to use some of the physiological and biochemical indicators of the body to distinguish the four properties of traditional Chinese medicine. The prevailing simplicity and subjectivity in the related research separate the connection of different natures of traditional Chinese medicine. It demands to take four properties, five flavors, meridian tropism and human body as a whole in the study of herbal property.
