摘  要:目的建立同时测定氨溴特罗口服溶液中盐酸氨溴索和盐酸克仑特罗含量的HPLC法。方法采用RP—HPLC测定,以Phenomenex scx(4.6mm×250mm.5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01)1%磷酸二氢钾溶液(55:45).流速为1.0mll/rain,检测波长为244nm,柱温为20℃,进样量为50μ1.结果盐酸氨溴索在1.2mg/m1~18ng/ml范围内线性良好,回归方程为Y=15121X+312.92(R:0.9999).平均回收率为㈨{).2%;盐酸克仑特罗在0.8~1.2μg/ml范围内线性良好,回归方程为Y=8.85X—1.13(R=0.9987),平均回收率为100.5%.结论 该法简单、准确、重现性好,适合盐酸氨溴索和盐酸克仑特罗的定量分析.Objective To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride in Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution. Method Adopted Phenomenex scx column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μm ) ; mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.01% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (55: 45); flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; detector wavelength was 244nm; column temperature was 20 ℃; injection was 50 μ1. Results The standard curves for Ambroxol Hydrochloride was linear in the range oF 1.2mg/ml-l.Smg/ml , the regression equation being Y=15121X+312.92 (R=0.9999)and the average recovery was 100.2%; The standard curves for Clenbuterol Hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.8 μ g/ml ~ 1.2 Ix g/ml, the regression equation being Y=8.85X-l.13 (R=0.9987) and the average recovery was 100.5%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and is suitable for the determination of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hvdrochloride.
