甲状腺乳头状癌MMP-9和E-cadherin表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin)表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法:应用微波-链霉菌素-生物素(微波-LSAB)法检测69例PTC组织MMP-9和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果:MMP-9和E-cadherin阳性率分别为68.1%(47/69)和30.4%(21/69),MMP-9阳性表达与PTC的侵袭转移呈正相关(P<0.05);E-cadherin阳性表达与PTC的侵袭转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9高表达和E-cadherin低表达可能参与PTC的发生发展过程,尤其与侵袭转移密切相关,联合检测对于PTC预后的判断具有临床指导意义。Objective：To investigate the correlation of MMP-9 and E-cadherin expression with the potential of inve.sion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）. Methods： The expressions of MMP-9 and E-cadherin protein in 69 cases with PTC were studied by microwave-labelled strept-avidin biotin immunohistochemical method. Results：The positive rates of MMP-9 and E-cadherin in PTC were 68.1%（47/69）and 30.4%（21/69）respectively. There was a positive correlation between MMP-9 expression and the tumor invasive and metastasic potential in PTC（P〈0. 05）. There was a negative correlation between E-eadherin expression and the tumor invasive and metastasic potential in PTC（P〈0. 05）. Conclnsion：Expression of MMP-9 and E-cadherin protein were closely correlated with the invasive and metastasic potential in PTC. MMP-9 and E-cadherin could be considered as prognostic indications for PTC.
