摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌并前列腺增生症患者同期施行经尿道电汽化术的可行性。方法对同期施行经尿道膀胱癌及前列腺增生症电汽化术的32例膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果该组患者均顺利康复,无明显合并症。术后复诊,8例出现肿瘤复发,复发部位不位于前列腺窝。结论同期施行经尿道膀胱癌及前列腺电汽化术安全、住院时间短,不会有前列腺窝的肿瘤种植。Objective It is to evaluate the feasibility of transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor （TUVBt） combined with transurethral vaporization of prostate （TUVP） for bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） with benign prostatic hyperpiasia （BPH）. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of BTCC with BPH treated by simultaneous TUVBt and TUVP were reviewed. Results All patients in this team were rehabilitated smoothly, and no complications were found. 8 patients with tumor recurrences were occurred and were not located in the prostatic fossa. Conclusion Simultaneous TUVBt and TUVP is safe and timesaving without tumor implantation in the prostatic fossa.
