摘 要:用人单位战略招聘与高校职业指导的成功对接,是用人单位生命力的源泉,是检验高校教育事业发展的关键点,是提高社会资源的利益率、减少浪费、促进社会发展的有效措施。对这一课题的有益探讨是人力资源管理和高校育人的重要内容,对完善我国人力资源管理和高等教育理论具有积极的参考意义。但在目前的研究中较为鲜见。本文把用人单位的招聘与高校职业指导看成是一个衔接的过程,并建设性地提出成功对接的一系列对策。The successful connection between the strategic recruitment and the career instruction in universities is vital for the employers' human resources. It is also the key to test higher education development and the effective measure to raise social resource profitability as well. It can reduce waste and promote social development. The discussion on this subject would be an important part of human resource management and career instruction in universities and would have significance on perfecting human resource management theory. However, discussions of this topic are rare up to now. This paper takes the recruitment and the instruction as a linking process and gives a series of countermeasures on how to achieve the successful connection.
