独立学院生源基本现状调查——以武汉科技大学中南分校为例

摘　　要：作为我国民办高等教育重要组成部分的独立学院,从最初试办至今已有10年历史。独立学院未来发展面临新的机遇和挑战。本文通过对武汉科技大学中南分校2008年秋季入学学生的调查,分析了当前独立学院生源的基本现状、考生志愿填报、院校选择以及对未来就业的期待等问题,并在此基础上,提出了创新教育教学和管理的基本要求和方法。As a major part of private higher education, independent college is ten years old. It faces with new opportunities and challenges in its development. Through the investigation of students enrollment of Zhongnan Campus of Wuhan University of Science and Technology in the autumn of 2008, the paper analyzes such problems as students＇ source of independent college, students＇ desire and expectation of future jobs. It puts forward basic requirements and methods of innovation of education and management.
