提高青年教师教学水平之探究——基于《普通高校本科教学工作水平评估方案》的思考

摘　　要：新建本科院校面临着青年教师比例偏高,教学水平有待提升的困境。根据教育部本科教学工作水平评估方案指标要求,新建本科院校应从制度建设、规范管理、鼓励研究、培训指导和考核激励方面开展工作,提升青年教师的教学水平。Newly-built undergraduate colleges face with two problems： high rate and poor teaching of young teachers. According to the undergraduate teaching assessment plan for eommon higher education institutions by the Education Ministry, newly-built undergraduate colleges should improve young teachers＇ work from system eonstruetion, standardized administration and so on.
