摘　　要：目的：研究温热化疗对膀胱癌细胞超微结构的影响及预防复发的效果。方法：２０例膀胱癌患者，术中使用丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）加生理盐水行膀胱灌注温热化疗，膀胱内温度维持在４３～５０℃。温热化疗前、后取肿瘤组织送光镜及电镜观察。结果：温热化疗后光镜下见肿瘤细胞凋亡。电镜下见肿瘤细胞核碎裂，胞质内细胞器空泡变性。随访６～２２个月，１８例无复发，１例术后２周死于消化道出血，１例频发性肿瘤术后３个月复发，但肿瘤数目较以前明显减少。结论：温热化疗对膀胱癌细胞有杀灭作用。Objective:To study the effects of hyperthermochemotherapy on ultrastructure and prevention of relapse in bladder cancer.Methods:20 cases of bladder cancer were treated with mitomycin C as hyperthermochemotherapy during operation in which temperature was controled from 43 to 50℃。Results:Apoptosis was seen in cancer cell under light microscopy karyorrhexis and vacuolar degeneration were showed by ultrastructure,18 cases were without cancer relapse,1 case died of breeding in alimentary tract 2 weeks after opration,and 1 case was relapse with cancer 3 months after opration.Conclusion:Bladder cancer cell were damaged by hyperthermochemotherapy.The treatment of hyperthermochemotherapy combined operation can reduce the rats of cancer relapse.
