摘 要:目的:研究荧光染色药敏法在急性白血病中的应用。材料和方法:用新建立的荧光染色法及甲基噻唑基四唑染色(MTT)法检测15例初治及复发的急性白血病病例对7种常用化疗药物的体外敏感性。结果:荧光染色及MTT法与体内疗效的阳性符合率分别为:100%,86%,阴性符合率分别为:67%,60%;特异性分别为100%,75%;敏感性分别为:78%,75%;准确率分别为85%,69%。结论:荧光染色法简便,快速,经济,敏感,较MTT法具一定优越性,对指导急性白血病的个体化治疗有较高实用价值。Objective: This study was carried out to search for a better chemosensitivity assay for clinical use and also to provide guideline for individualized therapy of acute leukemia. Methods: We established and used a new apoptosis fluorescence staining assay and MTT assay in 15 cases of primary and relapsed acute leukemia and tested for their sensitivities to 7 routinelyused chemotherapeutic drugs. Results: The positive concordance rates in vivo therapy between the apoptosis fluorescence staining assay and the MTT assay were 100%, 86% respectively; the true negative rates being 67%, 60%; the specificity being 100%,75%; and the sensitivity was 78%, 75%;and the predictive accuracy rate being 85%, 69%. Conclusion: It is suggested that the apoptosis fluorescence staining assay, is sensitive, easy to perform and economically more advantageous than the MTT assay, and being of practical value.
