摘 要:目的本文探讨北虫草提取物对大鼠附性腺和血清睾酮的调节作用,为利用北虫草的营养价值提供科学依据。方法实验分4组,对照组、多鞭精组、给药组(低、高剂量组),每组大鼠12只。采用组织器官增重法观察大鼠附性腺的重量(mg·kg-1),放射免疫分析法测定血清睾酮含量(fmol.L-1)。结果低、高剂量组大鼠包皮腺重量为(27.04±2.33)、(31.38±7.42)、精液囊和提肛肌重量分别为(25.81±5.94)、(18.30±4.11)与(29.52±6.82)、(26.01±5.17)、高剂量组大鼠前列腺重量为(13.51±3.71)均明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。多鞭精实验组大鼠附性腺重量为(31.52±2.01)、(9.12±2.83)、(19.74±6.19)和(18.59±3.56)均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。高剂量组大鼠前列腺、精液囊和提肛肌重量高于多鞭精实验组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。低与高剂量组睾酮含量为(2883.07±210.12)和(3167.23±251.69)高于对照组与多鞭精组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论北虫草提取物具有促进大鼠附性腺发育和兴奋雄激素分泌的功能。Aim To utilize the nutrition of Cordyceps militaris by investigating the effect of Cordyceps militaris extract on the accessory genital glands and serum testosterone in anamorph mice.Methods All the rats were divided into four groups of 12 each,including the control group,the Duobianjing group and administrated group(low and high doses).The weight of accessory genital glands of anamorph mice was weighed by balance(mg·kg-1)and the serum testosterone content was detected by means of radioisotope assay(RIA)(fmol·L-1).Results The weight of preputial glands was(27.04±2.33),(31.38±7.42),the weight of the seminal vesicle and levator ani muscle was(25.81±5.94),(18.30±4.11),(29.52±6.82)and(26.01±5.17)respectively in the low and high dose group.The weight of prostate was(13.51±3.71)in the hight dose group.These distinguishing characteristics were of statistical significance(P〈0.05)compared with the control group.The weight of preputial glands,prostate,seminal vesicle and levator ani muscle was(31.52 ± 2.01),(9.12±2.83),(19.74±6.19)and(18.59±3.56)respectively in the Duobianjing test group,being of statistical significance(P〈0.05)compared with the control.The weight of serum testosterone content was(2 883.07 ± 210.12)and(3 167.23 ± 251.69)respectively in the low and high dose group being of statistical significance(P〈0.05)compared with the control and Duobianjing test group.Conclusion The Cordyceps Militaris extract can strengthen the accessory genital glands of mice and has much effect on androgen secretion also.
