基质金属蛋白酶2与直肠癌侵袭的关系研究

摘　　要：目的观察直肠癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)的表达与侵袭程度的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测31例直肠癌组织中MMP2的表达。结果MMP2表达强度与早期胃癌及进展期胃癌的病理分期显著相关(P<0.01)。结论MMP2表达强度与胃癌分期有显著相关性,是判断直肠癌分期的有价值的指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase（MMP2） and the degree of invasion. Methods S-P immunohistocbemical method was used to detect the MMP2 expression in the rectal cancer tissue in 31 cases. Results There was a significant correlation between MMP2 expression degree and pathological staging of rectal cancer of early stage and progressive gastric cancer （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between MMP2 expression degree and rectal cancer staging,and MMP2 expression degree is a valuable index for the judgment of rectal cancer stage and metastasis.
