帕罗西汀治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭伴抑郁患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨抗抑郁剂对心衰伴抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法纳入抑郁自评分量表(SDS),评分≥40分的心衰患者共65例。对照组给予常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用帕罗西汀抗抑郁治疗。在入院时和接受药物治疗3个月时,采用SDS量表、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表进行评分;用纽约心功能分级法(NYHA)进行心功能分级,用心脏超声测定左室射血分数(LVEF),同时测定6min步行试验距离。结果接受治疗3个月后,治疗组与对照组相比,SDS评分、NYHA分级、LVEF、6min步行试验距离、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量评分均有显著差异。结论5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂——帕罗西汀不仅可以改善心衰伴抑郁患者的抑郁状况,还可以改善心脏功能等临床状况。Objective To study the usefulness of anti-depression therapy in chronic heart failure with depression. Methods Take in 65 cases who were chronic heart failure with Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）score≥40.Control group were treated by routine anti-heart failure, treatment group by paroxetine additionally. At the hospitalized time and after the 3 months, therapy, SDS and Minnesota Living With Heart Failure Questionnaire were used to evaluate the score;NYHA cardiac function scale was recorded.The LVEF was detected by Ultrasonic Cardiography（UCG）. The distance of 6-minute walking test was recored. Reaulta After 3 months, therapy,the SDS scores, Minnesota scores,NYHA scales of the treated groups was more lower than the control groups. The LVEF,the distance of 6-minute walking test was more higher than the control groups. Conelusion Paroxetine can not only better the depression of the chronic heart failure, but also better the function of the heart.
