抑郁症患者个性特征的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者的个性特征。方法对56例抑郁症患者和41例健康志愿者进行艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)测试。结果抑郁症组的P分、N分高于正常对照组,E分低于正常对照组,L分无显著性差异。男性抑郁症组的E分低于女性抑郁症组,P分、N分及L分均无显著性差异。结论抑郁症患者具有明显的精神质倾向、情绪不稳定性及内向性;男女之间有差别,男性抑郁症患者比女性更内向。Objective To investigate the characteristics of personality in patients with depression. Methods 56 patients with depression and 41 healthy volunteers were assessed with the EPQ. Results Depression group＇s P point,N point was higher than the normal control group,E point was lower than the normal control group,L point non-significance difference. The masculine depression group＇s E point was lower than the feminine depression group, P point, N point and L point didn＇t have the significance difference. Conclusion The depression patient had the obvious energetic nature tendency,the mood instability and the introversive;Between the men and women had the difference, the masculine depression patient was more introverted than the female.
